1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
- During high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays or supply delays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and express delivery options across Trinidad & Tobago. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

3. Shipping Locations
- Domestic: We deliver to all major cities and regions across Trinidad & Tobago.
- International: Selected countries worldwide. If we do not currently ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or by email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s status online.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, The Beauty Guild is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
The Beauty Guild is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thebeautyguild.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will help resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain beauty items may be restricted from international shipping due to regulations (e.g., liquids, aerosols, or flammable products). We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped due to such restrictions.
